Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
The Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship introduces apprentices/learners to the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver excellent customer experiences, supporting employers by developing confident, professional staff, across a range of customer-focused roles.

- £175 contribution for non-levy employers
Customer Service Specialist Level 3
Designed for those ready to take the next step, the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship builds higher-level expertise in handling customer needs, improving service performance, and adding real value within customer-focused roles.
