
Why The Change
Over the twenty years we have been operating, Quest Training has grown through continuous success. We’ve expanded our provision, strengthened our partnerships, and supported more learners and employers than ever before. What became clear was that our branding and website no longer fully reflected who we are today nor did it best celebrate our successes or where we’re heading next. What we had served us well, but it was time for something that felt more ‘us’.
We wanted a brand tone and visual identity that better represented our values, one that felt immediately welcoming to our valued learners taking their first steps, while also speaking clearly and credibly to employers and partners navigating apprenticeships, funding, and workforce development.
A More Modern, Purpose-Led Brand
The new Quest Training branding is cleaner, clearer, and more modern. Not for the sake of change, but to better serve our audience.
We’ve refined our tone of voice to be more human and direct. Apprenticeships, funding rules, and qualifications can feel complex, and we believe clarity builds confidence. These updates are designed to make information easier to understand, without losing the professionalism and trust our clients have grown to expect and appreciate from our service.
This refresh now also allows us to be more consistent across everything we do, from learner communications and employer resources to updated policies, guidance, and support materials.
A Website Built Around You
Alongside the rebrand, we’ve completely rebuilt our website from the ground up.
One of our biggest priorities was accessibility. Whether you’re a learner exploring your options or an employer looking for clear guidance, the new site is designed to help you find what you need quickly and easily.
You’ll notice we now have:

- Simplified explanations of apprenticeships, funding, and eligibility
- Improved navigation and structure
- Downloadable resources and guides
- A more intuitive experience across desktop and mobile
- And the Quest Crew - our new team of personable mascots here to help you along your learning journeys
Behind the scenes, we’ve also made fundamental technical improvements. These changes have drastically improved our site performance, security, accessibility, and scalability, ensuring our platform can grow with us and continue to meet evolving standards.

While our look has evolved, our mission and our commitment to it hasn’t.
We’re still the same Quest Training, delivering high-quality programmes, working closely with employers, supporting learners through their journeys, and continuously improving how we do what we do.
This rebrand has never been about reinventing ourselves. It’s about better reflecting who we already are, and making sure our brand and website work as hard as our team does for you.
